I work at the head office
- You'll be welcomed by your manager
- You'll be introduced to your co-workers, with a presentation of the work done and a tour of the building.
- You'll get an orientation packet with all the information you need.
- You'll spend the day meeting people and hearing about the Group's history and organisation
I am a Store Manager
- 3 days at the head office: meetings with various department managers
- 10 days in the pilot store: merchandising process and first contact
- Minimum 3 weeks in a training store, to ease in smoothly
I'm on a team opening a new store
- 2 weeks : immersion in a training store with experts from the region
- I arrive during the last week to help set up my new store with my team
I'm on the team of an existing store
- Depending on your position, you get an integration of one to three weeks with members of your team
