Your duties  

As a customer service agent, you handle e-commerce customers using the resources and procedures defined by Maisons du Monde to provide the best solution for the customer. You handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, letters, chat, instant messaging and social media and you ensure full customer satisfaction.

  Your talents  

Your sense of customer service and empathy enable you to follow and respect the after-sales procedures and assist the customers. You have excellent listening skills and are able to quickly understand and analyse the information in order to find a solution and act accordingly. You have a good telephone manner and interpersonal skills to control and direct the dialogue with customers, and always with a smile!
